Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at the chat in the bottom right, or email info@casaandhome.com at any time.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Returns

In compliance with our refund policy, we offer a return window of 30 days from the delivery date of your order. All returns must be carried out through postal mail. We ask that all items be returned in their original, new, and unused condition to qualify for a refund. The customer will bear all return shipping charges or additional fees incurred due to customer error unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the product's page.

Our commitment to you includes a warranty guarantee on all our products, ensuring that you receive a fully functioning item as per your purchase, with no additional costs from your side. Specific details of these warranty policies can be found on the respective product pages. Return instructions will be provided once the return process is initiated.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, a shipping error on our part, or damage that occurred during shipping. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and delivered within 7-25 business days.

When you are making a purchase from CasaandHome, you are acknowledging the following terms of the Exchange Agreement:

  • You must inspect the package upon delivery, noting and taking pictures of any damage, and provide them to CasaandHome within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • Products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • Once the order has left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
  • If you return your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee (usually around 25%).

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@casaandhome.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the claim will not be valid.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@casaandhome.com.

Warranty

Product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the specific product. Warranty information, when available, will be included in the product description or provided upon request. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it is not a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased individually. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating any chargebacks through your bank or credit card company. In most cases, we can resolve any issues or disputes quickly and efficiently through direct communication. Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We aim to provide the best customer service possible and work towards a fair resolution.

If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you received, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
